USERS: The access and/or use of this AEGA corporate website attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from the said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use here listed. The aforementioned Conditions will be applied independently of the General Conditions of Contract, which in their case are mandatory.

 

PROPER USE OF THE PORTAL: This corporate website provides the access to information (from here onwards “contents”) on the Internet belonging to AEGA which the USER can have access to. The USER assumes the responsibility of the use of the WEB SITE. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services that AEGA offers via its corporate web site including, but not limited to, refraining from (1) activities that are illicit, illegal or which contravene good faith and public order; (2) disseminating content or publicity that is racist, xenophobic, illegally pornographic, supportive of terrorism or contrary to human rights; (3) causing damage to the hardware and software systems of ACCIONA, its suppliers or third parties, introducing or disseminating, on the network, computer viruses or any other hardware or software susceptible of causing the aforementioned damage; and (4) attempting to gain access and, in that event, using the mail accounts of other Users and modifying or manipulating their messages.

In pursuance of the provisions in Articles 8 and 32. 1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Copyright Act, it is expressly forbidden to reproduce, distribute and disseminate publicly, including the making available modality, of all part of the contents of the webpage for commercial purposes, in any format and by any technical means, without the authorization of AEGA. The User undertakes to respect AEGA´s Intellectual and Industrial Property rights. AEGA accepts no liability, in any case, for damage that might be caused by, for example: errors or omissions in the content, non-availability of the portal, incorrect display, or transmission of virus or malware in the content, despite having adopted all the necessary technological means to avoid this.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION: The relations between AEGA and the User shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising between AEGA and the User, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Porriño- Pontevedra (Spain)
